Develop, direct and implement training courses in respect of the Marketing & Sales of property management and maintenance services.
Develop, draft and implement policy & procedure manuals for property management and maintenance Marketing & Sales departments.
Research consumer demand for property management and maintenance services.
Provide management with periodic reports identifying potential customers, recommend pricing and marketing strategies and notify of new product development and changing trends that would indicate the need for new products and services.
Develop and implement marketing strategy for property management and maintenance services.
Provide management with periodic reports evaluating service development costs in terms of budgets, expenditures and profitability.
Negotiate contracts with sub-contractors and develop marketing strategies to facilitate the expansion of client service areas.
Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
Design advertisements and medium to market property management and maintenance services.
Promote vacation rental property letting and management services to British clients and create goodwill through promotional events & written communications in various United Kingdom media.
Produce advertisements for placement in various United Kingdom media.
Liaise with United Kingdom advertising agencies and coordinate United Kingdom promotions to enhance reputation, image and awareness of company.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 2 years experience in job offered.
