Castriota Chevrolet is growing! Last year our sales were up over 20%.
We are currently in need of an excellent Sales Manager with a proven track record.
Sales Manager
Basic Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
o Deliver high performance sales results
o Recruit, train, coach and motivate people
o Create processes and a culture that delivers exceptional customer service
o Desk deals and appraise trades
o Manage inventories and displays
o Ensure compliance with all laws, regulatory obligations and company policies.
Requirements
o At least 3 years of new car dealership sales management and/or F&I experience
o Great leadership skills
o Great people skills
o Great communications skills
o Committed to continuous training both personally and for the sales team
o Driven to deliver great customer service
o Strong sales skills with a proven track record
o Knowledgeable on how to maximize sales from internet, phones, chats, prospecting and customer follow-up.
o Ability to solve problems with well thought out solutions that last
o Strong work ethic and self-motivated
o Honest
o Ability to work well with other managers and departments
o Strong paperwork and computer skills
o Preferred (but not required) experience in one-price selling
o Preferred (but not required) experience with VAuto appraisal system
o College degree preferred (but not required)
o Valid driver's license with good driving record

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
