We are actively seeking an administrative coordinator to join our team, some duties include making follow up calls & emails, create purchase orders, & sales orders, ordering & coordinating screen printing & apparel projects, assist in sales, marketing, and client retention.
Qualities we are looking for are:
Strong organizational skills Attention to detail with accuracy and consistency Computer and software skills for basic data entry Deadline Oriented Self Motivated Punctual with good attendance Be able to prioritize multiple projects with close attention to detail Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people Team Player What we offer:
