We are looking for a part-time, HR Generalist assistant, to join our team! Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Providing support to the HR department in areas such as recruiting, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with federal and state employment laws.
Responsibilities:
Assist in administering compensation and benefit plans Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation Resolve any issues that arise between employees and management Ensure compliance with labor regulations Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.
) Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures Proficient in MS Office & Excel Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional HR training will be a plus Compensation commensurate with experience.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
