Whether you are new to senior living or are an experienced office professional, we would love to talk to you! As Concierge, you will:
Answer and route incoming calls.
Respond timely to residents' and family members' inquiries.
Maintain our guest register.
Monitor COVID screening activities.
Coordinate accounts payable information.
Oversee mail distribution.
and more! High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Proficient computer skills with emphasis in Excel, polished telephone etiquette, and at least one year of office experience.
