The Receptionist is responsible for the overall control of our office, including answering phones and scheduling appointments.
We are looking for ambitious and highly motivated individuals who not only enjoy engaging with customers but also have the ability to work independently.
The successful candidate will be able to keep track of an appointment schedule, manage phone conversations and handle multiple projects at once.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and answer calls.
Greet guests and visitors as they enter the office.
Answer general questions and refer to other departments when necessary.
Receives and process incoming mail.
Assist visitors with access cards and badges.
Manage office flow of visitors, messages, and information from callers.
Answer questions about office programs, policies, procedures, and events.
Perform data entry into computer system.
Write letters for the director; type letters and reports for others.
